i infer that the old man has been waiting for a long time to see a doctor.
as what the source b has said" he was originally refered because he was having diffcult dealing with puberty... but he way they are.." and both of the doctor was holding a list of patience names and it cover the whole page.
i infer that the old man is going to wait for the doctor as the waiting list is long as shown in the source .

I can infer that the state of the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK is messy . Source B shows two docter communicating with each other taking about an old man . Source B states ,"He was originally reffered ... but waiting lists bring the way they are" . Therefore , this shows that NHS is not in order & not organised correctly .

I can also infer that the cartoonist is not pleased with the NHS.Source B shows docters talking with each other about NHS saying , "waiting lists bring the way they are". Therefore this showed that the cartoonist is against the NHS & wants a proper service .

I can infer that NHS (national health service) in UK is chaotic. Source B shows that the old man has to wait very long to get a treatment or checkup. Therefore, the NHS, in UK, dont really care about their people and this shows that the people in UK wants better service to that the sick patients can get better soon.
